The peak of viewers of the English stream Worlds 2019 exceeded 750 thousand

The English-language stream of the 2019 World Championship on League of Legends has become the most popular among other broadcasts of the event – more than 750 thousand people watched it at its peak. The Russian-language broadcast did not enter the top 10: the peak audience on it was 3,835. This is less than that of Thai and Burmese broadcasts – up to 19,424 and 21,087 users watched them simultaneously. When collecting statistics, the translation indicators on Yandex were not taken into account.

The most popular were the English and Korean streams – each peak in the peak exceeded 700 thousand people. Vietnamese, Portuguese, Spanish and French broadcasts at the peak were able to overcome the mark of 100 thousand users. The Danish broadcast turned out to be the least popular – less than a thousand viewers watched it.

The most popular platform for watching Worlds matches was YouTube Live – it was ahead of Twitch by 100 thousand viewers at its peak. Afreeca TV and Sports Naver also appeared in the top, however, they lagged behind the leaders of the list.
