According to the esportsman, he and his team are unhappy with the tournament results this year, because T1 lost to G2 Esports at international competitions for the second time. Faker spoke about this during a press conference after the match.

Faker did not comment on rumors that the T1 will change the composition in the offseason. Instead, he said the importance of change and the need to “take a step forward.” Based on these words, some fans suggested that a change in the team will definitely happen.

San Hyuk became the champion in 2013, 2015 and 2016, and in 2017 he took second place, losing to the Samsung Galaxy. In 2014 and 2018, his team did not perform at Worlds.

On November 3, G2 Esports beat T1 in the 2019 World Championship semifinal of the League of Legends. The meeting ended with a score of 3: 1.
